The Executive Director is the most senior member of the ICA Secretariat and is responsible for, advising on and the implementation of the broad goals, strategies and policies set by the Elected Officers, the Executive Board and the General Assembly. The Executive Director also has managerial authority over the ICA staff along with the day-to-day management of the Secretariat.
