National Archives of Malaysia (NAM) and Southeast Asia Regional Branch of International Council on Archives (SARBICA) are delighted to announce the upcoming International Seminar on Digital Records and Legal Admissibility, to be held on the 10th and 11th of July 2024 at the Everly Hotel in Putrajaya, Malaysia. This prestigious event aims to bring together experts, professionals, and practitioners from around the world for insightful discussions and knowledge sharing on the critical aspects of digital records and their legal admissibility. 

In our increasingly digital world, the management and preservation of digital records present unique challenges and opportunities. The seminar will explore key topics such as digital preservation strategies, the authenticity and integrity of digital records, legal frameworks governing their admissibility in court proceedings, and emerging technologies shaping the future of digital recordkeeping.
