The 18th edition of the Image & Research Conference will take place in Girona, offering an insightful exploration into the management of photographic and audiovisual heritage. This year’s conference introduces an innovative format, organized into four thematic blocks, designed to provide a comprehensive response to key industry questions.
The conference will address critical topics such as:

- What are the business strategies?
- What is the state of the issue regarding conservation and historical research?

Each thematic block will feature two keynote speakers and a series of presentations that dive deeper into these subjects. Notably, Block 3 will include a roundtable discussion focused on business strategies, fostering a dynamic exchange of ideas among participants.
Presentations will be held at the Palau de Congressos de Girona on November 21st and 22nd, while workshops will take place at the Municipal Archive of Girona on November 20th and 23rd. These sessions promise to provide attendees with both theoretical insights and practical skills.
